1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your payment is confirmed.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with your tracking details once your order is dispatched.

During new drops, festive seasons, or sale periods, processing may take up to 5 business days due to high volume.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline
📦 Domestic Shipping (India)

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (Metro cities: usually 2–4 days)

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (available at checkout on select pin codes)
We deliver across India through our trusted logistics partners such as Shiprocket, Bluedart, Delhivery, and Xpressbees.
🌍 International Shipping

Standard International Delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on destination & customs)

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

Orders below ₹999 incur a flat shipping fee of ₹79.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select pin codes with a ₹50 service fee.

International orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and order weight.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
You can also track your order anytime through our “Track Order” page on highlypookiel.com using your order number or AWB number.
5. Delivery Delays
We work hard to deliver on time, but sometimes delays may occur due to:

If your package hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at admin@highlypookie.com and we’ll assist immediately.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it after collecting updated details and reshipping charges.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country’s customs department.
Highly Pookie is not liable for any delays caused by customs.
